Long-Term Disability File Review

Dr. Allan Rosenfeld reviews the files of all employees whose long-term disability benefits are ending to determine if they are fit and safe to return to work.

Short-Term Disability Claim and Accommodation Request Adjudication

Dr. Allan Rosenfeld adjudicates all short-term disability claims and accommodation requests according to a protocol developed with his decades of experience.

Return-to-Work Consultation

Using his 35+ years of experience as a family doctor and occupational physician, Dr. Rosenfeld recommends return to work plans that balance the medical needs of the employee with the occupational needs of the employer.

Disability and Return-to-Work Case Management

Ridgeway’s case managers are consistently taking proactive and collaboratives steps to support the employee’s quick recovery and early return-to-work. All of our case managers are health professionals with expertise in optimized health treatments, goal-oriented planning, effective resource use, and mental health recovery support.
